Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By engaging We Make AI Work for any of our services, you agree to these terms. A separate statement of work will be agreed for each project, which takes precedence over these general terms where there is a conflict.
2. Services
We provide AI consulting, implementation, and ongoing management services as described on our website and in individual statements of work. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.
3. Payment
AI Starter audits are invoiced in full before work begins. AI Build projects are invoiced 50% upfront and 50% on completion. AI Partner retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. All invoices are payable within 14 days.
4. Intellectual property
All work product created specifically for you during an engagement is owned by you upon full payment. We retain the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific knowledge developed during our work.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your data, processes, or business information with third parties without your written consent. This obligation survives the end of any engagement.
6. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. AI tools and outputs are provided as business aids and should be reviewed by appropriate personnel before acting on them.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. AI Partner retainers have a 3-month minimum initial commitment, after which they run on a rolling monthly basis with 30 days notice.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
